Debby Black Franklin4/6/2019

Debby Black Franklin Johnnie Edwards and I was in Pink Palace during the time, as was FWS.

Loretta Cameron4/6/2019

Loretta Cameron Larry Ratliff I don't subscribe to Commercial Appeal since I live in Hernando but will Google it. I worked in FWS' office at that time.

Betty Lee Pace4/6/2019

Betty Lee Pace Jimmy Glenn Burk I heard Network Control as well.

Buddy Johnson4/6/2019

Buddy Johnson Jimmy Glenn Burk He actually had a tour of the CAC computer facility just couple days before this flight. Know the person who showed him around.

Loretta Cameron4/6/2019

Loretta Cameron Larry Ratliff I just read article and saw video. Well done. 1 ·

Larry Ratliff4/6/2019

Larry Ratliff Loretta Cameron. Yes it was. 1 ·

Johnnie Edwards4/6/2019

Johnnie Edwards Debby Black Franklin very scary 1 ·

Timothy Joseph Frassinelli4/7/2019

Timothy Joseph Frassinelli Larry Ratliff His doubling his Life Insurance days before with double indemnity for accidental death and his children as beneficiaries along with weapons which would leave wounds consistent with an airplane crash as opposed to a bullet wound would suggest that he was going to try and stage an accident as opposed to crashing into the Hub which would have been an obvious act of Air Piracy, nullifying his Insurance. The crashing into Hub story is just too dramatic and sensational for many to let go of. 1 ·

Loretta Cameron4/6/2019

Loretta Cameron Larry Ratliff yes. We in FWS office heard the Memphis Hub or our Nonconnah building where the senior executive officers were located. 1 ·

Jimmy Glenn Burk4/6/2019

there was also some talk that he had toured the Computer Center (CAC) off airways across from the airport a few weeks before. 2 ·

Brian Sneed4/6/2019

Brian Sneed Jimmy Glenn Burk this is what most IT people believed. Given the human and computer main frame density at Headquarters off of Airways Blvd. Plus the fact he had just toured it. 1 ·

Johnnie Edwards4/6/2019

Johnnie Edwards Loretta Cameron the Pink Palace would have made sense or the hub 1 ·

Gina Reynolds4/6/2019

Gina Reynolds I know all the members of the crew and Auburn and how extraordinarily difficult he made their lives from that point on! To roll a fully loaded, fully fueled aircraft midair was something never done before but it saved all the souls in that airplane and helped knock Auburn off his feet! David was the hero he was made out to be with the assistance of the others. Auburn was a coward and CONTINUES TO BE ONE to this day!! 8 ·

Angie Campbell Houston4/6/2019

Angie Campbell Houston A friend was booked on jumpseat for that flight but canceled for business reasons, so lucky. 4 ·

Julie SoRelle4/6/2019

Julie SoRelle I I worked at the Western Region HQ in Sacramento then. My manager was getting direct updates by phone that day from a friend involved in MEM. I remember it vividly. The actions taken by that crew were heroic and amazing. Edited · 2 ·

Janet Kovar Glock4/6/2019

Janet Kovar Glock I read the book. A gripping story. Heroes on that flight. 2 ·

Demetra 'Dee' Hickerson4/6/2019

Gina Reynolds Loveeeee that ramp! I went there so many times on business and the folks there were ABSOLUTELY the nicest people I’d met in all my travels around the world of FedEx! The ramp manager and Sr Manager were so extremely helpful if I needed them and a LOT of fun to go drinking with after hours!

Jimmy Glenn Burk4/22/2019

Answer: Pretty much all were true except C

a. FedEx once owned a truck manufacturing company Can't remember the name but think it was something like Z-Van

b. FedEx once owned part of a ship that laid undersea fiber toptic cable As part of FITC, an International Carrier that was a subsidiary of FedEx started by Pat Greenish, FITC owned a small percentage of a ship feeding fiberoptic cable under the ocean

c. FedEx once started a Paypal like service False, although it was a recommendation from Miley Ainsworth that FedEx get into this business. He felt there was much potential in brokering this type of service

d. FedEx once flew public passengers Flying Tigers military passenger service that was continued after the intergration, and the company eventually decided it wasn't a business to be in.

e. FedEx once owned an International Telecommunications Company FITC was the company, to initially enable Federal Express to purchase International data communications at a bulk rate cost, being a common carrier. A year after FedEx started FITC, UPS formed their own carrier sub. Edited · 1 ·

Debora Williams Waller4/29/2019

May 31st employees leaving FedEx. May I recommend that you do not bring that stuff home. I am sitting in my garage going through old boxes of folders, rusty paper clips and such. I am helping a friend clean out his/her attic. I have a pretty good size shred pile. This friend is/was not a FedEx employee but the type of papers are familiar to many of us. I see decades of project info and inter-office memos you’ll never look at again unless you get another job similar to the one you are leaving and your family will not care about this information. Hence the need to clean out the attic. 😊

Ron Houston5/16/2019

Ron Houston Often, different organizations will have 'shreadathons'. You can take your boxes of paperwork there and they will take care of it. Check with your local, favorite realtor/office. They are usually in-the-know, or can find out about getting paper/info shredded. . . Hank Hogue with Crye-Leike Realtors 901.854.5050 Edited · 2 ·

Ron Houston5/16/2019

Ron Houston I whittled mine down to 2 boxes. One is general/generic project and management related information that I'm sure I'll eventual burn in my wood heater here in the fabulous mountains of northern Arizona and the other is a box of Chatskis (some of which never made it to the 'public'). . . Hoping I can sell those on eBay(?) and make enough to fund my final days in care facility. . . . (?) I'll probably forget that I have them. 3 ·

Johnny Williams4/30/2019

Danielle Harnisch Taxes will continue to rise . the sooner we pay them the better off we will be. 401 k’s We’re great assuming you will be in a much lower tax bracket when you retire. Do the math and figure out when to take the money out. Seriously taxes have never gone down in history, right? 1 ·

Theresa Marie4/30/2019

Theresa Marie Every person’s financial situation is different so you should consult with an advisor who can truly asses your individual situation - don’t take advice from Facebook. Look for an independent, fee based advisor who doesn’t sell any products to get unbiased advice. When considering my buyout I used Celia Brugge at Dogwood Financial and she was great. 2 ·

Johnny Williams4/30/2019

Johnny Williams Very True! Many of these comments are out of the scope of a Financial Advisor and these questions need answers from a Tax Advisor and NOT a Financial Advisor. I guess that I do not mind listening to advice from others, whether it is Financial Advice, Tax Advice, or someone recommending someone to me. I ALWAYS followup with research on my own and then make a decision on the facts that I gather. 3 ·

Karen Lynn Keywood4/30/2019

I will be going off COBRA the end of May and am trying to find out the Dental and Vision premiums under the retiree insurance plan so I can decide to keep it for 5 months until I turn 65 or to go with another provider early. I couldn’t find pricing on the website and phone calls were transferred to different departments, none that could answer my questions. I don’t understand why you can’t see pricing until COBRA expires. Thanks!

John Wilkinson I went with the dental assistance plan for $13 a month. It pays for all of my cleanings and checkups so after my first checkup I am already ahead of the game having saved more on that visit than I will spend on premiums for the year. I wtill have another cleaning and checkup later this year and so will be even better off. Too bad the medical doesn't work that way...... Edited ·

Tony Lax4/30/2019

Tony Lax I only need the premiums for dental and vision. 1 ·

Susie Coyle Richardson4/30/2019

Susie Coyle Richardson Just a tip: I have had neither dental nor vision insurance since I was laid off 10 years ago. I get regular eye exams at Sam’s Club for $60 and they are very thorough. if I ever had a problem with my eyes I could see a specialist and it would be covered on my health insurance. I get “uninsured” discounts at my dentist and don’t really miss the insurance because it has an annual cap anyway. Food for thought. 5 ·

Tony Lax4/30/2019

Tony Lax Thank you!

Susie Coyle Richardson4/30/2019

Has anyone seen UPS’s new internet customer service addition? It is called Follow My Package. It is amazing and I hope early tech giant Fed Ex has the same service. When you receive a message you have a package on the truck a map appears and you can follow the little UPS truck icon’s every stop. I would think this would have people coming to you for their pkgs. Good Memories:

In '80 or '81, I get a call from Jim Barksdale. Go figure out why the SuperHub has a 90% missort rate. The SuperHub wasn't active, but 25k packages a night were diverted to it to test out the new sort controllers and diverters. So, I had to go in each night and start figuring. It took about a week to figure out all the problems. I got the chance to work with some fine people and characters: Mike Basch, Karl Birkholz, Tom Glaser, Ken Willoughby and many others. It was a great to work with other areas of the company. I don't know who coined the phrase, but watching the SuperHub work was like watching Controlled Chaos. I was there long enough to be able to do my own Hub tours for IT vendors for several years. At the end of working out the hub issues, they were kind enough to give me a SuperHub computer award and my own Superman/SuperHub t-shirt. Edited · 5 ·

Two very few lower salary peeps got it. Seems it's more designed to reward upper salary folks .As a old Co worker of mine would say the valued employees . Karen Sandiford Roberson I remember making a Cat3 approach into MEM back in 1994 on the night the ice storm hit. The pilots had their laminated Cat3 checklist placards in front of them, and I took comfort from the jumpseat in knowing that my dad, Buddy Sandiford, had helped to write and publish them — so I knew we’d be ok! After we touched down on the runway (full emergency vehicles at the ready) the captain told me they practice all year in the simulator just for that one landing, and then he asked “does anyone want to do any do-nuts”? 😜🙏 Edited · 9 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson Shane Borden in all honesty I was only slightly terrified. Edited · 1 ·

Terry Smedley5/15/2019

Terry Smedley Karen Sandiford Roberson I’m not exactly sure what a Cat3 is. Is it the same as a “go around” where they come in for a landing but something causes them to need to pull up and go around to try again?

Karen Sandiford Roberson5/15/2019

Karen Sandiford Roberson Terry Smedley my limited understanding of a category 3 approach is that it is based on instrument landing (not visual) due to being unable to establish visual contact with the runway. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instrument_landing_system Instrument landing system - Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org 1 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson I’m not sure what f/o stands for, but a Cat3 approach does not necessarily result in a missed approach. At least that’s the goal. 😜 1 ·

Shane Borden5/15/2019

Shane Borden Karen Sandiford Roberson a normal ILS approach is clearance to fly the approach to a decision height 200 ft above the runway and 1/2 mile visibility. A CATIII ILS, follows the same path but if certified, you are cleared to 50 ft above the runway and 600 ft visibility. I’ve only personally flown to minimums of 300ft and a mile. Nerve wrecking if you don’t do it all the time.

Shane Borden5/15/2019

Shane Borden I described a cat 3b. You describe a 3c. That’s pretty much no limits. If you hit ground and live you are good. Haha. 1 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson5/15/2019

Shane Borden5/15/2019

Shane Borden Eric Brosch it certainly could help although HUDS are usually projected as part of a visor or on the windscreen.

Eric Brosch5/15/2019

Eric Brosch Right. The "Magic Window" system looks to have rolled out in 2008 with new AR goggles for emergency landings being developed now. So much innovation!

Shane Borden5/14/2019

Shane Borden And now Cat3 approaches are a normal thing....

SAVE YOUR BUY OUT and RETIREMENT DOCUMANTATION for reference now and in the future. Policies change over time. You need to have your answers in writing before you leave. Most answers can likey be found in your Benefits Book and Retirement Plng. Book. If you depended on the online versions to reference, know that access may not be available to you once you leave, if your spouse is on Social Security, unless they have modified the web site. From the last buyout, we were told we would have access to our verbal Q&A's from a webcast and it never happened. Allen Bell I called Wageworks today and they have received the information from FedEx. They provided the website to get things activated as benedirect.wageworks.com. I was able to register and make my first payment. However they said it would be a couple days before everything is active. BeneDirect benedirect.wageworks.com 3 ·

Allen Bell6/22/2019

Allen Bell Leala Vazquez I had to request that Wageworks send Anthem/BCBS a request for urgent activation due to an upcoming surgery. Once they did that it was active within about 48 hours.

Allen Bell

Allen Bell6/26/2019

Allen Bell Leala Vazquez sorry about that. Thankfully, mine got activated when it did. My wife is having surgery today, and definitely would not have wanted to postpone. The biggest problem I am having is with getting reimbursed from the VBO HRA account. I put the claim in on 6/6, and on Monday of this week, it showed denied due to not being eligible. I called in, and the agent initially said Cobra premiums were not eligible. She looked again and then agreed they were eligible and opened a ticket. Was told it would take another 3-5 business days.

Leala Vazquez6/26/2019

Leala Vazquez I am still waiting for reimbursement as well.

Allen Bell You can setup your Cobra account at benedirect.wageworks.com as well as pay for it. Unfortunately you cannot make a payment with a credit card only e-check from your checking account. This means you will have to submit a claim to get reimbursed from your VBO HRA account. Don’t expect your insurance to kick in right away either. I requested an urgent activation be sent to Blue Cross Blue Shield on Thursday, called back today and nothing had been done. I am tying to be patient but wish people would do what they say they will do. Hopefully today’s call will get it done. BeneDirect benedirect.wageworks.com

Jack Brown6/13/2019

Jack Brown You can enroll into Medicare Parts A and B. When you are first eligible for Medicare, you have a 7-month Initial Enrollment Period to sign up for Part A and/or Part B. (3 months before the month of your 65th birthday, the month of your birthday, and 3 months after your 65th birthday). If you don't sign up during that window, your Medicare premiums could be higher. If you choose to get a Supplement plan, you will have to purchase a separate Part D plan (drug). Here's my 2 cents worth. If you are in good health, which I am, I recommend an Advantage plan. Advantage plans cover Parts A, B, and D. Most Advantage plans also cover vision and dental. The premium you will pay, over and above what Medicare deducts from your Social Security, is much less. The premium for a Supplement plan increases each year as you age. The premium for my Advantage plan for my area is $25 per month. I've been with Humana since I went onto Medicare in 2013. I hope this helps. Edited · 2 ·

I was in the first wave of the 2013 buyout. Now, my YSA card is useless because of some system foulup. If you get the overpaid notice you are probably in the same catch 22. The rep with whom i tried to work wants me to pay the cost on the front end and submit documentation. The last time that I had to do this it was questionable regarding what was accepted. The question that I have is whether it will be resolved bu Oct of this year. That is when my ysa card becomes a pumpkin.

Glen R Dixon6/24/2019

Glen R Dixon I was in the 2013 buyout and I understood our cards were only good for 5 years. That meant the first wave card use only went to May 31,2018. I left third wave so I was told my card was good till 5/31/2019. 1 ·

Built in 1971, this is the oldest DC-10 still flying and is the oldest aircraft in the fleet! This is the 6th DC10 to roll off the production line, but was delivered to United in July of 1971. By 1997, Fedex had bought it and converted it to Cargo and in 2006, Fedex converted this DC10 to an MD-10 (upgraded avionics). After 47 years of service, here she is landing/ departing Montreal on a regular cargo route from Memphis! Also, I talked to one of our aircraft mechanic yesterday and he said we were retrieving several aircraft from the desert boneyard because we were short on lift.

Carol Rakow Mizgorski I knew this as "mothBall fleet" They are not there to die or scrapped (bone yard). Just resting in the dry desert until needed or sold off. 2 ·

Clayton Roderick I bet we could get a good deal on some newer 737 max 8 aircraft 😊 1 ·

Did we loose (or never had!) reduced shipping internationally? $64.00 for 18 pounds to Quebec doesn’t sound discounted!

Mark Hughes6/26/2019

Mark Hughes Hmm, I just used fedex.com to check ground rates from Akron to Quebec for 18 lbs. The list price shows $45.06. Did you ship express? Express list rate shows $212. 75% reduction on that is $53. I don't know if there are residential surcharges or other extras. So, if we know the service and if it's a residential delivery, we can easily see if it was discounted. Thanks! Mark FedEx Global Home - Choose Your Location fedex.com

Jeff McGlaughlin6/26/2019

Jeff McGlaughlin Mark Hughes Thanks, looks like insurance costs and I shipped it from FL. 1 ·

Danielle Harnisch6/26/2019

Danielle Harnisch Yep, that’s a huge discount

Jeff McGlaughlin6/26/2019

Jeff McGlaughlin Ok, thanks, I think the increase was due to the value of the shipment ergo the insurance costs. 2 ·

Laura Ladd Beard6/26/2019

Laura Ladd Beard I ship FedEx to China twice a year. Even with our discount, it’s expensive for the smallest of packages. The discount is a great benefit. 2 ·

Carol Rakow Mizgorski6/26/2019

Carol Rakow Mizgorski My grandson spent a semester in college in northern Japan. When I asked what he needed he said a warm blanket. I found a very light weight down alternative comforter at Marshall’s for a good price. My discounted shipping rate was 4 X the cost of the comforter. Things only a grandparent would do. 👵 4 ·

Danielle Harnisch6/26/2019

Danielle Harnisch Carol Rakow Mizgorski Yes. He could’ve purchased it in Japan very easily LOL 2 ·

Barbara Baker Binford6/26/2019

Just curious if anyone has been reimbursed for their cobra premiums yet? I’m in a group text with 5 recent VBO folks and we are all still waiting.I would love to hear from anyone who has!

Laverne Deanes6/26/2019

Laverne Deanes I have not gotten reimbursed yet, submitted claim on 6/9. My friend got refunded from the RHSA rather than the VBO as stated on the screen. We both have tickets open. Sigh........

Debbie Windsor6/26/2019

Debbie Windsor I have not. Has anyone received their insurance cards? 1 ·

Ceciel Halpern6/26/2019

Ceciel Halpern Debbie Windsor there will be no new insurance cards if you’re continuing with Cigna. Your Cigna and Optima RX cards will continue to be valid.

Debbie Windsor6/26/2019

Debbie Windsor Ceciel Halpern thank you! 1 ·

Laverne Deanes6/26/2019

Laverne Deanes Debbie, I called the retirement center and asked for an emergency approval to buy medication.

Debbie Windsor6/27/2019

Debbie Windsor Laverne Deanes that's ridiculous! I hope they approved it! 1 ·

Laverne Deanes6/27/2019

Laverne Deanes Debbie Windsor Yes, it was.

Karen Sandiford Roberson6/26/2019

Karen Sandiford Roberson I hope they get all these kinks worked out before the next wave on 8/31!!! 😜

Ceciel Halpern6/26/2019

Ceciel Halpern Karen, support tickets/defects!! 🤣 1 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson6/27/2019

Karen Sandiford Roberson Ceciel Halpern even in retirement! 🤦‍♀️

Ceciel Halpern6/27/2019

Ceciel Halpern Our insurance cards should be active — my daughter used her Cigna card today for ER visit and Optima RX card for prescription last week with no issues. These are the same cards she had before I retired May 31.

Leala Vazquez6/27/2019

Leala Vazquez Mine still isn't. Not sure if it is an Anthem issue only. I have called twice and account is still inactive. Already had to cancel one appointment and about to cancel another upcoming one :(. Very disappointed with this process. They have known people would be doing this for months. No excuse for the delay in health care. Edited ·

Ceciel Halpern6/27/2019

Ceciel Halpern Leala Vazquez, I have a friend in California who is also waiting on Anthem. I totally agree with your frustration!! Mine is with Cigna. My frustration is with getting reimbursed for my cobra Premiums from VBO healthcare account. Just got off phone again with YSA and she says it’s a mass update correction scheduled for July 1!! I’m so sorry your account is inactive — mine was also until last week when Cobra finally sent correct updates. Hang in there! Obviously this was not carefully thought out!! 1 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson6/27/2019

Karen Sandiford Roberson Ceciel Halpern do we carefully think out anything? 😜 1 ·

Ceciel Halpern6/27/2019

Ceciel Halpern Karen, unfortunately not but hopefully it’ll all get worked out when your turn to exit! 1 ·

Karen Sandiford Roberson6/28/2019

Karen Sandiford Roberson Ceciel Halpern one can only hope!

Karen Lynn Keywood6/27/2019

Karen Lynn Keywood Yes, I received my first reimbursement back into my checking acct this week, it took a couple of weeks after I submitted it. Edited · 1 ·

Laverne Deanes6/27/2019

Laverne Deanes Did it come out of the VBO account?

Karen Lynn Keywood6/27/2019

Karen Lynn Keywood Laverne Deanes I did not check that yet, will check tomorrow 1 ·

Allen Bell6/28/2019

Allen Bell I finally got my reimbursement today. I had filed it on June 6th. I am trying the auto reimbursement process for July. Hoping it works a little smoother than this one did. They said I wouldn’t have to submit a new claim each month. 2 ·

Allen Bell6/28/2019

Allen Bell Ceciel Halpern yes, I also have the account that came with retirement.

Ceciel Halpern6/28/2019

Ceciel Halpern Allen Bell, thanks for your quick responses. Just doesn’t sound like I’m getting the same answer every time I call. I’ll try to be a bit more patient and wait til July 1.

Karen Lynn Keywood7/1/2019

Karen Lynn Keywood Allen Bell how does the auto reimbursement work? Do you have a link or info?

Ceciel Halpern7/1/2019

Ceciel Halpern Karen Lynn Keywood log into retirement.fedex site — instructions are there

Karen Lynn Keywood7/1/2019

Karen Lynn Keywood Ceciel Halpern thanks

Allen Bell7/1/2019

Allen Bell Karen Lynn Keywood I got a brochure from Your Spending Account with the instructions. Here is a pic of the page.

Leala Vazquez7/1/2019

Leala Vazquez I guess some don't have the reoccurring payment option, I don't. Calling to ask. This is my new job now. 1 ·

Karen Lynn Keywood7/1/2019

Karen Lynn Keywood Allen Bell thanks, not sure I recd that yet but still going thru all this stuff, having to manually submit each month would a PITA...

Leala Vazquez7/1/2019

Leala Vazquez The person on the phone told me I get no reoccurring payment option. No reason why others get it and not I, just that it is not available to me. And I was incorrect when I stated earlier that I got my premium reimbursed. Still fighting with them on getting that done too.

Ceciel Halpern7/2/2019

Ceciel Halpern Leala Vazquez there is no recurring payment option. The option is to set up for auto reimbursement for the claim only.

Laverne Deanes6/28/2019

Laverne Deanes Allen Bell i hoped that's fixed. When my friend submitted automatic reimbursement, and the refund came out of RHSA instead of the VBO account.

Ceciel Halpern6/28/2019

Ceciel Halpern Allen Bell, was your reimbursement from pre-65 monies or VBO $35k Account?

Allen Bell6/28/2019

Allen Bell Ceciel Halpern It came from the VBO account.

Ceciel Halpern6/28/2019

Ceciel Halpern Allen Bell, do you also have a pre-65 Account? YSA told me this morning that they are targeting July 1 for mass “fix” for all. Yet, hearing from you and others that reimbursements approved - so confused!!

Ceciel Halpern7/1/2019

Ceciel Halpern Miracles!! Got call from YSA supervisor that my 2 claims (for June and July Cobra premiums) are now approved!!! I checked online and saw Direct Deposit for both are on their way!! What a relief!! Edited ·

Steven Caddel7/1/2019

Steven Caddel My COBRA reimbursement was deposited today also. 1 ·

Laverne Deanes7/2/2019

Laverne Deanes Steven Caddel it's time to pay sgain!

Steven Caddel7/2/2019

Steven Caddel Laverne Deanes I just submitted again yesterday. I used the ReimburseMe app on my iPhone. It was easy enough after I sorted out a password issue. 1 ·

Allen Bell7/3/2019

Allen Bell Steven Caddel what type of password issue did you have? I haven’t been able to use the app for the last couple of weeks. It tells me that I have an invalid password, but I am using the same password as the website.

Steven Caddel7/3/2019

Steven Caddel Allen Bell Ok, here is what I learned about he password. There are two websites. There is the FedEx Retirement website, and the Your Spending Account website. The ReimburseMe app is tied to the FedEx Retirement account, which doesn't make sense to me, but that's what it is. I haven't been on the FedEx Retirement account for while. When I logged in, it forced me to change the password. After I changed the password on that website, and updated my ReimburseMe app to that password, the app worked fine. I hope this helps. Edited · 1 ·

Allen Bell7/3/2019

Allen Bell Steven Caddel thanks that solved my problem. You are right that it makes no sense, but seems to be consistent with many other things we are finding out as we move forward. Thanks! 1 ·

Laverne Deanes7/4/2019

Laverne Deanes Steven Caddel Thanks, same here. I agree. It doesn't make any sense at all. So confusing.............Going to work was easier than navigating all this retirement stuff.

Steven Caddel7/4/2019

Steven Caddel Allen Bell glad that worked. How crazy is that, I just don’t know. I hope the IT people keep things going now that we are gone 🙂

Steven Caddel7/4/2019

Steven Caddel Laverne Deanes I agree. I call it my retirement work. 🙂 2 ·

Denyce Dean7/3/2019

Denyce Dean Just received my second reimbursement.

Bill Branch7/5/2019

Bill Branch Hi Barbara , I retired in the second wave of 2013 and had a few issues with YSA in the beginning and had to call a couple of times . Once I got things rolling I was usually reimbursed within 3-5 days after filing Hope you are enjoying retirement !

Ceciel Halpern6/26/2019

Ceciel Halpern Barbara, I just sent you a private message

Denyce Dean6/26/2019

Denyce Dean Sent PM

Keith Escue6/26/2019

Keith Escue Nope!! Called last week. Seems there is a problem with my YSA. Got a email today they are still working on it!

Steven Caddel6/26/2019

Steven Caddel I submitted mine reimbursement claim on June 6th, and have called twice. No reimbursement yet. Edited ·

Lloyd AndCindy Wilson6/26/2019

Lloyd AndCindy Wilson Same problem here. Submitted documentation on 6/11. Used secure message to ask status and got e-mail yesterday stating they opened a research ticket.
